All products sold on this website are of a technical nature and as such Homecare Supplies highly recommends that prior to ordering you make sure that the product you purchase is correct for your installation requirements. You can do this by either visiting the relevant product manufacturer’s website to obtain a more technical breakdown or by discussing your requirements with your chosen qualified trade installer. Homecare Supplies accepts no liability for products ordered and subsequently installed that prove to be incorrect for the chosen installation. Under no circumstances can product be returned for a refund that has been installed and subsequently proves to be incorrect for that situation.

Should you wish to amend or cancel your order before you have received your products, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Should you wish to cancel your order after you have received your product you may do so within seven working days after the delivery date.

You should notify us of your intentions and providing that the product is returned to Homecare Appliances, in its unopened original condition at your own expense you will receive your refund within 30 days of your cancellation notification less any associated restocking charges incurred by Homecare from its suppliers or manufacturers.
